Job Titles: Kitchen Assistant, Waitress, Bar Man / Lady

General Job Description / Responsibilities
The Kitchen Assistant should be ready to:
- Prepare food according to recipes and menu specifications, standards of quality, freshness, and flavor.
- Stay up-to-date with current food trends and incorporate customer feedback into menu planning.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes and kitchen equipment and disposing of waste properly.
- Work closely with other kitchen staff, to ensure that meals are prepared efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Promptly communicate supplies that are to be restocked.
- Assist in prepping ingredients by slicing, cutting, and shredding.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow and achieve the company’s goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Comply with all procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The Waitresses Should be able to:
- Comply with the SOPs of the Company.
- Must be willing to Serve guests in line with the company's service culture.
- Maintain high level of hygiene and cleanliness
- Upsell products based on grounded product knowledge
- Pay proper attention to details at all times.
Salary
N30,000 - N50,000 / month.
