Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Understanding the hotel business strategies then setting goals and determining action plans to meet those goals
- Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
- Represent Hotels in various events and exhibition
- Implements all sales action plans related to my market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
Job Requirements
- Must be a BSc holder in any relevant field.
- At least two years of experience in Spa & Wellness program development or related field.
- Proficient in micro Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must possess all the qualities of a sales executive.
