Job Summary
- As a Bilingual Executive Assistant/Data Analyst at Dangote Cement Plc., you will play a crucial role in providing support to the Group Executive Director's office.
- You will be responsible for interpreting and implementing policies and procedures, resolving administrative issues, conducting research and analysis, and assisting in the preparation of reports and recommendations.
- Your fluency in both French and English will be essential in effectively communicating with international stakeholders.
- Additionally, you will be involved in organizing projects, coordinating deadlines, and providing complex administrative support in areas such as procurement, budgeting, and staff communication.
- Your proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently will contribute to the smooth functioning of the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Data Analyst
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
- Hands-on knowledge of data analysis tools
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills
- 12 - 15 years of experience in a similar role.
