Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Akala-Express, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Part-time
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting fragrances
- Explain the features and benefits of different fragrances
- Demonstrate how to use fragrance products
- Assist customers in making purchases
- Process payments and order packaging
- Maintain the product displays and shelves
- Restock shelves with new products
- Keep track of inventory
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest new products
- Participate in promotional activities
- Assist in organizing in-store events
- Follow up with customers after purchase and delivery where necessary
Requirements
- Excellent sales skills
- Customer service excellence
- Knowledge of fragrance products
- Basic math/calculation skills
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
