We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Document Control Officer

Locations: Bayelsa and Rivers

Responsibilities

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Ability to create electronic register for documents and managing the document.
• General knowledge on the use of central server to store and retrieve documents.
• Knowledge on server protection to safeguard documents saved.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel and Adobe
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Proven skill for creating and implementing controlled document processes
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS
• Archival experience
• Proficient in SharePoint, ProArc and/or other document management software and web-based.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic.
