We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Description
Sales Support:

  • Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  • Identify potential prospects and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries as needed.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors and partners to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Handling bulk order from the customer 

Marketing Support:

  • Support in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Maintain the CRM database by updating customer records, tracking interactions, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key sales and marketing metrics, such as pipeline activity, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • At least OND in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales support, marketing support, or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
