Job Description
- Responsible for promoting offline market, online social media, community marketer acquisition, etc, according to the company's strategy.
- Responsible for undertaking and managing Marketers, promoting Marketers to complete their first order and repeat purchases, and ensuring the achievement of sales performance targets.
- Responsible for operating the Marketer community, promoting activities, etc. to increase community activity rate, first order conversion rate, Re-purchase Rate, etc.
- Complete tasks assigned by other superiors, ensure implementation and timely feedback to solve problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related fields, with a keen sense of marketing and a passion for sales
- At least 2 years of rich market operation experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, with rich experience in channel expansion, marketer acquisition, and maintenance.
- Proficient in operating work software and microsoft Excel basics
- Having experience in operating and selling on social media platforms such as FB/Instagram/WhatsApp is preferred.
Salary
- N120,000 monthly gross + Sales bonus.
