Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Role Description
- As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for tasks related to cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. This is an on-site role located in Lekki.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fields
- Relevant certifications such as RICS or AIQS are a plus
- Cost Control and Cost Management skills
- BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and analysis skills
- Experience in cost planning and cost reporting
- Knowledge of construction and project management
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Remuneration
- N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
