Job Summary

• A new Club is looking to recruit a Competent and energetic Club Manager whose responsibilities include oversee the daily operations to ensure a safe and fun environment for patrons and make the business profitable.

Responsibilities

• Training, and managing staff, such as bartenders and waiters
• Managing inventory
• Opening and closing the club
• Ordering supplies
• Promoting club/hiring and encouraging others to promote club
• Ensuring operations run according to safety and sanitation standards and laws
• Implement strategies for improved work performance

Requirements and Skills

• Proven working experience as a Night Club Manager.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Must be a BALLER and also know a lot of SPENDERS.
• Must have a Client Base from previous working experience.
• Must be a Night Crawler, Jovial and Outspoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Additional skills in managing inventory  budgeting, payroll management and spreadsheet software will be an added advantage
