Job Title: Project Operations Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Create and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and identify areas of risk or opportunity
- Manage stakeholders and provide periodic updates
- Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
- Ensure that project deliverables are met
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes
- Maintain project documents, records, and files
- Develop and coach project teams, including providing feedback and guidance
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
