Job Description

  • Lead and supervise the administrative team.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies & procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory
  • Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs.
  • Collaborate with HR in managing related
  • administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and monitor the departmental budget.
  • Ensure effective data management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. Relevant Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • At least 4 years experience in similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
