Description

• Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children? Are you a social media whiz with a knack for storytelling? If so, then Elite Star Foundation wants you!
• As a Volunteer Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in amplifying our voice and raising awareness about our critical work.
• You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that showcases the impact we have on the lives of vulnerable children in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic social media plan to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok).
• Create compelling content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates our mission, vision, and impact stories.
• Schedule and publish social media posts on a regular basis.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Track social media analytics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Communications Team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with non-profit organizations and social causes a plus.
