Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Online Fashion Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to drive sales and exceed targets.
  • As an Online Fashion Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our products, and ultimately driving revenue through online sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via various online platforms, including social media( Instagram, Facebook) chat, to provide personalized assistance and guidance throughout the shopping process.
  • Showcase our latest fashion collections and product offerings to potential customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Actively promote sales promotions, discounts, and special offers to encourage conversion and increase average order value.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize sales techniques and persuasive communication skills to drive product awareness, generate interest, and ultimately close sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to enhance online visibility, attract new customers, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels to support business operations and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in fashion retail sales, preferably in an online environment.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for fashion trends, styles, and brands.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using online sales platforms, CRM software, and social media channels.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
