We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Mokola, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Provide Comprehensive Administrative Support:

  • Manage staff calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
  • Prepare professional presentations and meeting materials.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.

Maintain an Efficient Office Environment:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring timely reordering.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including furniture arrangements and space management.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Process basic HR paperwork (e.g., time off requests, expense reports).

Financial Support:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions (depending on experience).
  • Manage petty cash and perform basic accounting tasks.

Project and Event Management:

  • Assist with project coordination by managing deadlines and maintaining project documentation.
  • Coordinate and plan company events and meetings.

Technology Proficiency:

  • Utilize a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently while also being a team player.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
