Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse portfolio of Real Estate matters including acquisitions, leasing, and transactions.
• Conduct legal research, draft agreements, and provide counsel on complex Real Estate issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organisation in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings related to Real Estate matters.

Requirements

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in Real Estate Law.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
