Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Company'sbrand goals and target audience.
• Manage and maintain Company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Craft compelling content for various digital platforms, including website blogs, product descriptions, engaging social media posts (text, images, and videos), and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage Company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by developing a content calendar, creating high-quality visuals, and fostering an active and engaged online community.
• Utilize paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) to drive targeted traffic to the website and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with influencers and bloggers to promote Company'sproducts and reach new audiences.
• Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay current on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the beauty and skincare industry.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2+ years relevant work experience.
