Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Human Resources .
- The Head Human Resources will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in employee relations and job description development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 4 years experience.
- Expereince in the startup or consulting industry is a plus.
