We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Enforcement Supervisor

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Supervises enforcement and ticketing operations at multiple sites. Performs inspections and ensures that post orders are being followed. Coaches and trains personnel.
  • Carries out administrative procedures as required by company. Work to ensure that set target are met on the field.

Duties

  • Supervise daily workflow, schedules, activities, and assignments of enforcement and parking attendant.
  • Participate in evaluating staff performance; work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.
  • Prepare and conduct training for new hires and current staff on a variety of field operation topics.
  • Investigate loss and theft events and compile data for accurate reporting.
  • Ensure team met required target and surpass it.
  • Ensure continuous training and retraining for all team members
  • Supervise, plan, and coordinate enforcement and parking attendants.
  • Be polite in response to queries and concerns of road users where the need arises.
  • Act in the absence of the operations manager.

Requirements

  • Possession of a National Diploma or Higher, and minimum of three (3) years of related field/supervisor experience is required.

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Working with set target and team coordination
  • Patrol and security methods and procedures.
  • Principles and practices of supervision, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Safety practices and procedures.
  • Conflict management and resolution.
  • Techniques of group and crowd control.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
  • Operation of a computer and assigned devices.

Ability to:

  • Think clearly and logically, use good judgment, and make rapid and logical decisions in emergencies.
  • Remember names, faces, and details of occurrences.
  • Plan, organize, schedule, supervise and evaluate the work of others.
  • Train field personnel.
  • Prepare work schedules of assigned personnel.
  • Conduct thorough investigations.
  • Keep complete and accurate records.
  • Prepare concise and descriptive reports recommending actions as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Operate a vehicle observing legal and defensive driving practices.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Work independently with little direction and provide work direction to others.
  • Make effective decisions and take independent action.
  • Problem solves to analyze issues, create plans of action, and reach solutions.
  • Perform duties with awareness of all government requirements and company policies.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Work as part of a team.

Physical Demands:

  • Physical Fitness
  • Moderate lifting ( 40kg).
  • Hearing and speaking to exchange information and make presentations.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods of time.
  • Walking to conduct inspections.

Hazard:

  • Exposure to dissatisfied or abusive individuals.

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 / month.
