Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an In-Store Sales Representative.
- As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales in our retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers
- Willingness to learn about our products and industry
- Flexibility to work evenings or morning shifts.
- Promixity to festac is key.
