Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Digital Product Manager & Business Development Coordinator. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for digital products, user experience, and business development.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Initial brainstorming and researching of product features, while also assisting in business development efforts including grant sourcing, partnership identification, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the development of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Design user flows and prototypes to effectively communicate product concepts.
- Work closely with UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product enhancements and iterations.
- Assist in sourcing grants and identifying potential business opportunities for the company.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the industry and advocate for the company's interests.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1 - 2 years) in product management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycle and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
- Experience in user experience design principles and tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with grant writing and proposal development is a plus.
- Knowledge of the AI landscape is desirable.
