Job Title: Communications and Digital Marketing Specialist (Volunteer)

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Create engaging content for various online channels, including social media, email campaigns, and blogs.
- Manage social media platforms and online communities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan and implement online advertising campaigns across different platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing efforts with client acquisition goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing campaigns and ROI.
- Provide recommendations for website optimization, SEO improvements, and user experience enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and digital marketing technologies.
- Assist in developing communication strategies and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Knowledge of online advertising principles and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with client sourcing and lead generation strategies is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
