Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer

Job Description

  • As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing outstanding support and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
  • You will handle inquiries, address concerns, and serve as a liaison between customers and various departments within the organization.
  • We are looking for a proactive and empathetic individual who can effectively communicate, build rapport, and go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Listen to customers' concerns, empathize with their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant departments.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Provide product or service information to customers, guiding them through the purchasing process and offering suitable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities and promote additional products or services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details, interactions, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, gathering data and insights to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to enhance customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications in customer service or relationship management are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Officer, Customer Service Representative, or similar role, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to handling customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in customer data entry and documentation.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / Month.
