Summary

  • The Marketing/Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing the company's product development, business operations, stakeholder collaboration, and brand management.
  • The role involves coordination with third-party vendors, conducting market research, and ensuring the successful onboarding of drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive collaboration between the company and stakeholders/partners.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key partners.
  • Coordinate the selection process of third-party vendors.
  • Work with vendors to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.
  • Define product features and roadmap based on research insights.
  • Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure product quality, usability, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with third-party vendors to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Define pricing, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch.
  • Make data-driven decisions to drive product enhancement and optimizations.
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations.
  • Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Present weekly progress reports to partners.
  • Provide insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
