Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • We are currently recruiting for the position of a Senior Marketing Manager to advance our vison and company objectives.
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for multi-channel, digital marketing strategies aimed at reaching a target audience on their smartphones, tablets, computers and other mobile devices, via websites, email, and social media platforms.
  • Additionally, creatively collaborate with the Marketingteam for SDI and brainstorm new approaches to reach target audience and achieve marketing success. This position will be reporting directly to the CEO of SD Intermedia Limited.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the social media team to ensure the designs fall in line with marketing strategies while also ensuring the number of active users on the website increases.
  • Ensure that all brand elements (such as vision, mission, core values, USP, brand voice, brand culture, brand guidelines, customer experience, etc) are reflective in SDI marketing strategies and external partnerships.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, craft creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Drive ongoing marketing programming and engagement through games and other marketing strategies, consumer insight.
  • Regularly report progress on marketing strategies to the stakeholders of SDI.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Utilize appropriate tools for analysis to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Research instrument of conversion and optimize user funnels; collaborate and build strategic relationships with PR & Digital marketing consultants and other vendor partners to ensure conversion is delivered.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for SDI website that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals as well as analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • And such other duties as may be assigned to you by the CEO from time to time. You will report directly to (CEO) of SDI. You will also devote your full business time, attention and best efforts to the performance of your duties and to the furtherance of SDI’s interests.

Key Requirements

  • B.Sc in any field
  • Experience in media, entertainment and life stlye brand is a competitve advantage
  • 7- 10 years work experience in the entertainment industry or a life style brand is very desirable
  • Brand management and media relations skills
  • Creativity and researching skills for locations, models, etc
  • Relationship building skills with core attention to details
  • Strategic thinking, social and emotional intelligence management skills
  • Social media savvy and excellent presentation skills
  • Honest and reputation management skills
  • Constant industry awareness and time management skills.
