Job Description
- As a Retention and Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to retain existing customers and drive growth within our client base.
- Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implementing targeted campaigns to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of retention and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in related discipline
- Proven experience in customer retention and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
