We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify likely prospects.
  • Retain long-term clients and existing customers.
  • Ensuring overall sales performance.
  • Weekly sales goals.
  • Responsible for defining and following up on yearly sales targets and objectives.
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients. Provide requested information.
  • Overseeing the development of marketing.
  • Planning and preparation of presentations for clients.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable sales personnel.
  • Maintaining the client database.
  • To ensure that the company’s reputation and quality are always maintained.
  • To undertake such other duties and responsibilities as commensurate with the nature of the post as detailed in the departmental quality documents.
  • Work one-on-one with decision-makers to clarify client’s needs.
  • Handles coordination and promotion of events.
  • Coach all staff in the continuous development of a ‘Pro-active Safety Culture’ – NOT REACTIVE.
  • Maintain the QA system relevant to your job function.
  • Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
  • 7-8 years post-NYSC experience in a sales role. Previous experience in Process industry/FMCG/Oil and Gas Industry.
