Rome Business School Nigeria, a satellite campus of the Rome Business School based in Rome, Italy is a managerial training and research institute of excellence situated in Ikeja, Lagos. The Rome Business School Nigeria’s aim is to play a role in closing the gap between the classroom and the job market by providing managerial training courses suited to convey the knowledge necessary to kick-off or develop professional careers or business activities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Responsible for coordination of at least 2 master program
• Supports students and answer student’s queries and requests
• Upload lecture materials and assessments on the VLE for the programs.
• Sets up the classroom for the lectures and supports logistically the teachers for the class conduct
• Prepares and sends the Transcript of records, results and the Master’s Degree Certificates to students
• Host and Monitor the Online classes during the weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in any discipline with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
