Job Title: IT Support Lead

Location: Lagos

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role as an IT Support Lead at Bon Voyage Travel Nigeria. As the IT Support Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining information technology systems. This role is based in Lagos, Nigeria, but offers flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with desktop computers and information technology systems
• Help Desk Support experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing a team.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or a related field
