Job Description

• We're looking for motivated individuals to join our audit team as Audit Associates.
• As an Audit Associate, you'll work closely with our experienced auditors to assess financial records, identify risks, and ensure compliance with regulations,

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing audit engagements under the supervision of senior auditors.
• Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations in accordance with audit standards.
• Identify control deficiencies, compliance issues, and areas for improvement during audit fieldwork.
• Communicate with client personnel to obtain necessary information and resolve audit-related inquiries.
• Participate in meetings with clients to discuss audit findings and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Previous experience in auditing, accounting, or finance preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
