We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Planned and Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Purpose of the Job

  • To effectively create, assign and coordinate work orders for maintenance tasks in accordance with existing maintenance policy, verifying final closure of the work order, and validate reports produced are thoroughly reviewed and corrective measures are taken.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance planning and task scheduling.
  • Coordinates development of preventive maintenance database, including data input, and monitors, audits and maintains the accuracy and integrity of the maintenance database.
  • Managing the assigned Vendors for optimum performance
  • Ensure that there is planned maintenance on all passive assets within our managed sites.
  • Meeting up with client SLA as regard to preventive maintenance
  • Managing field engineers for planned maintenance of assets on site
  • Other duties not listed herein but needed to be accomplished to maintain safe and productive day- to-day operations within the scope of work.
  • Committed to safety and teamwork.
  • Drive closure of captured snags within given timeline with the regional team.
  • Ensure PPM process is followed to the letter.

Knowledge:

  • Focus Area
  • Ensure quality PPM is done on all passive equipment on site.
  • Ensure quality janitorial is carried out by team.
  • Ensure captured snags are closed immediately.
  • Share daily, weekly and monthly reports on PPM achievement with the customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensures the PPM process is followed by all to the later.

Key Outputs

  • Ensure timely and accurate reports are shared on achievements.
  • Zero escalation from the customer on quality PPM accomplishment.
  • PPM plan is prepared timely, access ref ready before commencement of PPM cycle.

Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
  • Good knowledge of power point preparation.
  • Good team player.
  • Good communication skills.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Degree in an Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in similar role
  • Good understanding of Base Transmission Station
  • Good understanding of what quality planned preventive maintenance entails.
