Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Okija, Anambra
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to ensure essential supplies are readily available.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to identify and procure necessary resources and materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including regular inventory audits and restocking activities
- Serve as a point of contact for students and faculty seeking assistance or information related to store items and services
- Track deliveries of goods
- Assist in developing and implementing store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation and compliance with school guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of school supplies, textbooks, and other educational materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Previous experience in administrative or operations management, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
