Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Admin and HR Manager to join our team at Tatitech. The ideal candidate should possess a background in HR and administration, as well as marketing and technology.
  • The candidate should be a visionary person who is willing to work with a startup tech company and has a growth mindset. The candidate should also be willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all HR and administrative tasks at Tatitech.
  • Train to sell, consult, and train others on our admin and HR software.
  • Work with the team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Tatitech's products and services.
  • Manage the recruitment process for new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR and administration.
  • Experience in marketing and technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A resident of Abuja.

Salary and Bonuses

  • Fixed salary of 80,000 NGN per month.
  • Bonus of 10% for each sale of our product.
  • Bonus of 15% for each implementation of our product.
  • Bonus of 10% for each training session conducted.
