Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Admin and HR Manager to join our team at Tatitech. The ideal candidate should possess a background in HR and administration, as well as marketing and technology.
- The candidate should be a visionary person who is willing to work with a startup tech company and has a growth mindset. The candidate should also be willing to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Handle all HR and administrative tasks at Tatitech.
- Train to sell, consult, and train others on our admin and HR software.
- Work with the team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Tatitech's products and services.
- Manage the recruitment process for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Experience in marketing and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A resident of Abuja.
Salary and Bonuses
- Fixed salary of 80,000 NGN per month.
- Bonus of 10% for each sale of our product.
- Bonus of 15% for each implementation of our product.
- Bonus of 10% for each training session conducted.
