Christ To The Nations Ministries is a faith-based organisation dedicated to building people to become the best God wants them to be in Christ. We seek a highly organised and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our leadership.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Agbara, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Schedule Management:

  • Manage the leader's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and deadlines.

Communication & Correspondence:

  • Screen and respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage and prioritise incoming requests and inquiries.

Travel & Logistics:

  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Prepare itineraries and ensure all necessary documentation is secured.

Project Management:

  • Assist with managing and prioritising projects, including research, data collection, and follow-up.

Office Management:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the leader's office, including maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, and managing petty cash.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials.
  • Manage expense reports and invoices.
  • Stay informed about the organisation’s programs and activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and proofreading.
