Job Description

• We are seeking a proficient Document Control Expert to oversee our export, import, and barge documentation processes.

Position Overview

• Manage all aspects of document control for export, import, and barge documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for export and import transactions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all relevant documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth documentation processes.
• Implement efficient document control procedures to minimize errors and delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 4 - 9 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in document control, particularly in export, import, or barge documentation.
• Strong understanding of export/import regulations and documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
