Job Title: Senior Manager - Facilities
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management / Engineering / Urban & Regional Planning / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management roles, with a strong track record of leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
- Prior experience in leading and supervising a team of facilities managers, technicians, and support staff.
- Ability to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all physical facilities, including buildings, grounds, utilities, infrastructure systems, etc.
- Proven experience in developing & managing facility budgets, expenses, and contracts, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Ability to conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
- Practical knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards relevant to facility management.
