Emerald School was established in 1995 starting with Emerald Nursery and Primary School, Lagos. In 2005, Emerald High School was established.The School believes in building a solid foundation for the child and as such, we strive to turn out students with passion for excellence and who have been adequately prepared for tertiary education and life.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Catering

Locations: Lagos and Ogun

Description 

• The preferred candidate will be responsible for determining food purchases, meals plans and satisfying the catering needs of the pupils and students in the schools.

Qualifications

• HND in Hotel Management, Catering Management or Food & Nutrition.
• Other qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 3 years experience in managing the catering department of a sizeable institution and familiarity with nutritional values of various foods, especially local foods.
• Age: 45 years maximum.
