- To develop best practice in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

- To provide the highest standards of support, assisting pupils in achieving their maximum potential and independence.
- To ensure good progress in all areas of the EYFS stage.
- To ensure good transition for pupils into their next class or setting.
- To actively promote equal opportunities for all pupils in the EYFS.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the class and the safety and welfare of the pupils.
- To motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed, to provide a good foundation for primary education.
Requirements
- B. Ed / B.Sc / PGDE, Masters
- Must have at least Five (5) years teaching experience
- Experience in EYFS curriculum
- Experience of the assessment processes within EYFS
- An ability to reshape lesson planning to suit the needs of all learners and ensure good progress
