Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality. Draft and proofread written communication, including emails, reports, presentations, and other materials
- Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the COO. Ensure the COO's calendar is organized and optimized for productivity.
- Prepare and review meeting materials, ensuring the COO is well-prepared and briefed. Conduct research and gather information as needed for meetings or projects.
- Attend all COO’s meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items with responsible parties.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the COO to contribute effectively to both the COO's personal success and the overall success of the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, supporting high-level executives.
- 0 - 2 years work experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- A graduate from a reputable university
