Job Descriptions
- To effectively deliver the school curriculum and British curriculum.
- To model the mission statement and core values of the school and maintain its teaching philosophy.
- To provide the highest standards of support, assisting pupils in achieving their maximum potential.
- To raise standards of attainment in KS1.
- To be accountable to, and work in partnership with, the Head Teacher / Primary School Team
- To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the class and the safety and welfare of the pupils.
- To motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed, to provide a good foundation for secondary education
Requirements
- B. Ed / B.Sc / PGDE, Master's
- Must have at least Five (5) years teaching experience
- Experience teaching key stage1 using the British curriculum
- Experience of the assessment processes within the British curriculum (key Stage 1)
