Job Description

• We are seeking a personable and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Customer Service Representative.
• In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests by providing excellent customer service and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Seat guests and provide them with menus, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Address any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
