NerdzFactory Company is a human capital and technology company that is based out of Lagos. Registered in 2017 but officially commenced operations in January 2018 with a capital of NGN25,000 from the founders room in Magodo, Lagos. The organization, which is fully bootstrapped, has moved beyond just being a business that the founder runs from his room to a business that hires 13 full time staff and 20+ part time staff without still raising external capital.

Job Description
- The Communications Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our organization's online presence and communication strategies.
- The Communications Lead will also be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing graphics and design elements that communicate the organization's brand, messages, and ideas effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Create content calendar to suit the business and purpose of the brand for social media platforms.
- Develop periodical design brief from content calendar created.
- Create engaging and impactful content for various communication channels, including written, visual, and multimedia content.
- Monitor and manage the organization's online reputation and respond to online feedback and inquiries
- Manage and curate content for the organization's website – Blogs and landing pages
- Plan and execute press releases and interviews to convey key messages effectively
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
