Kola Akomolede & Co is an estate surveying and valuing with several years experience. We offers services in sales, valuation, management and leasing of assets for clients. We also engage in joint venture projects and developments on behalf of clients.

Our Head Office is strategically located at Kofo Abayomi Street, Victoria Island, Lagos which provides easy access to most of our valuable clients who reside and work in the high brow Ikoyi, Victoria Island and the business center of Lagos Island.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Estate Surveyor & Valuer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Requirements

• Have a Degree in Estate Management
• Have at least 4-5 years’ experience, post NYSC
• Have understanding of valuation and agency area of our professional practice
• Have a good command of English language (both oral & written)
• Be knowledgeable of ICT.

Pay
Considerable between 180,000 - 220,000 with other allowances including13th month, health benefits, housing loan, bonus and commission.
