Job Description
- Registering of new HMO and liaising between these HMOs and the company.
- Ensuring all HMO issues are resolved promptly.
- Working on and ensuring we get the best possible tariffs from HMOs we are partnering with.
- Acting as intermediary between our clients and our HMO partners
- Verification of all HMO patients that presnt to the hospital to access care.
- Gettung approval codes for eligible patients.
- Ensuring authorisations are gotten at every stage of care
- ensuring HMO bill are properly colated and submitted before the submission deadline of each HMO
- Making sure that all services given are paid for
- Excellent communication skills within an ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Budget-management skills and proficiency.
- Must devise and implement strategic plans to meet customer’s demands.
