Position Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Software Sales Manager to contribute to our sales team and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B software sales. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify market opportunities, define target customer segments, and devise effective sales tactics to penetrate the market.
  • Contribute to a rich pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Contribute to a high-performing sales team and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), sales playbooks, sales scripts and other documentation required to support operational goals.

Requirements
