Job Duties

• Supervising Facility Maintenance: Overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and systems within a building or organization.
• Facility Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of facilities to ensure they meet safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
• Team Management: Managing a team of maintenance staff, assigning tasks, and providing training and support as needed.
• Budget Management: Assisting in the development and management of facility maintenance budgets, ensuring expenses are within allocated budgets.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for facility repairs, maintenance, and service contracts.
• Emergency Response: Responding to facility-related emergencies and implementing contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of operations.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes governing facility maintenance and safety standards.
• Reporting: Generating reports on facility maintenance activities, expenditures, and performance metrics for management review.
• Customer Service: Addressing facility-related inquiries and concerns from tenants, employees, and visitors, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
