We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to expand the company's sales portfolio.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to the sales team.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
  • 8-10 years relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change.
