We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Surveyor
Location: Ogun
Duties
- Conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other geographic features.
- Creating maps, charts, and reports based on survey data.
- Providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects, property development, and land use planning.
- Using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones to collect survey data.
- Interpreting legal documents, property records, and other relevant information to ensure accurate survey results.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to support design and construction projects.
- Adhering to ethical standards and professional guidelines in all surveying activities.
- Staying updated on advancements in surveying technology, regulations, and industry best practices effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other team members throughout the surveying process.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveying and property ownership.
Qualifications
- BA/BSc/HND in Surveying
- Professional qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 3 years post NYSC qualification experience.
- Candidates must have worked as Surveyor for a construction company
