Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls and emails.
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3 - 10 years work experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
