Job Descriptions
- We are looking for someone with significant pastoral experience with girls (e.g. as Head of Sixth Form) who is used to liaising with parents and supporting students and staff.
- Energy, attention to detail and motivation to see projects and initiatives through to completion are all required. Ideally, the successful candidate will be a person with a caring outlook.
Requirements
To be part of our exciting, inclusive and happy organization you will need to have:
- 3 years previous work experience in pastoral care.
- Certificates/Diplomas in Pastoral Studies
- To have knowledge of children's developmental needs
- To have a basic understanding of safeguarding children procedures.
