Job Title: Electrician / Handy Man
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- To fix all electrical issues.
- Opening the clubhouse doors and the locking of the clubhouse doors after close of the business each day.
- Any maintenance activity or issues should be reported immediately to the Ops supervisor.
- Constant diesel and generator reports.
- Replacement of bulbs
- Attend to basic plumbing issues.
- Wash the AC vents.
- Participate actively in any event setup.
- Monitor the generator and report any issues pertaining the generator.
- Monitor the sewage treatment plant and report issues.
- Must get acquainted with the water treatment plant basic backwashing and to carry out backwashing if need be.
- To oversee vendors and artisans working in the clubhouse and report back to the Ops supervisor.
- Ensure that the electric panels, sockets, and switches are kept clean.
- To switch on or off the clubhouse lightings and air conditioners at the appropriate time.
- To load water on the Mgt office water dispenser.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Trade Test 1, 2, and 3 with 4 - 6 years relevant work experience.
